Holly Hollier is the Co-Founder and CEO of NAUTIC EDGE, leading the company with a passion for premium service, operational excellence, and purpose-driven marine protection. She brings extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, operations, leadership development, and customer experience, with a proven track record of designing high-performance systems, leading enterprise initiatives, and building scalable service models. Holly leads Nautic Edge with a strong commitment to premium standards and purpose-driven innovation, ensuring every service delivers exceptional results while supporting the long-term health of our waterways.

John Hollier is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of NAUTIC EDGE, leading field execution, operational excellence, and quality standards across every service line. He previously built, scaled, and successfully sold a nationwide industrial and specialty valve company known for precision, reliability, and technical mastery, later remaining as Head of U.S. Sales following the acquisition. With deep expertise in mechanical systems, coatings, and large-scale operations, John ensures every Nautic Edge project is delivered with consistent execution, exceptional attention to detail, and results that last.
